If you have lost confidence in your present attorney you have a legal right to receive a second opinion from another attorney. If we determine that you are, in fact, not being properly represented by your current attorney, we can take over the handling of your claim. It is our responsibility to compensate your attorney for his time and costs. You will owe your present attorney absolutely nothing.

Once a new attorney is retained, you are under no obligation to speak with your old attorney. It is, in fact, improper and unethical for your old attorney to contact you directly once their services have been terminated. Retaining a new attorney will not delay your case in any way.
