Receive A Second Opinion

If you have lost confidence in your present attorney you have a legal right to receive a second opinion from another attorney. If we determine that you are, in fact, not being properly represented by your current attorney, we can take-over the handling of your claim. It is our responsibility to compensate your attorney for his time and costs. You will owe your present attorney absolutely nothing.

We will, free, without obligation and in confidence, objectively and honestly evaluate your case and the legal services being provided by your present attorney.

If we determine that you are, in fact, not being properly represented by your present attorney, we can take over the handling of your claim. You will be entitled to our reduced fee policy. It is our exclusive responsibility to compensate your attorney for his time and costs. You will owe your present attorney absolutely nothing.

Once a new attorney is retained, you are under no obligation to speak with your old attorney. It is, in fact, improper and unethical for your old attorney to contact you directly once their services have been terminated. Retaining a new attorney will not delay your case in anyway.

Complete the Confidential Contact Form so that we know how to best respond to your situation. Also, the more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to evaluate your circumstances.
